How Study Buddy 4 U works
A clear routine helps students build consistency and gives families useful visibility into progress.
1. Create an account
Parents can register and add students, or students can create an Independent Student account and start on their own.
2. Plan and record
Set goals, build a timetable, track study sessions and manage assignments for the current academic year.
3. Review progress
Use charts, reports, subject performance and planned-versus-actual insights to understand learning habits.
For parents and families
Support learning without the guesswork
Manage each child's learning journey from one Parent account, with tools designed to make progress easier to understand.
Manage multiple students
Associate more than one student with a Parent account, manage their academic years and organize each student's subjects and activities.
Review study entries
Approve, reject or send entries back for correction. Optional Auto Approval can be configured separately for each student.

The Primary Student can help manage siblings.
When a parent has more than one associated student, one student can be selected as the Primary Student. That student can select another family student's name and add or update permitted student-specific information on their behalf.
- No separate physical mobile is required for every student.
- No separate Student login is required for every child.
- Each student's data remains owned by that student.
- Actions are recorded with who performed an action and for whom.
- Family-only access: access is limited to students belonging to the same family.

Privacy by design
Your academic data stays private
Student academic information is accessible only to the student and authorized Parent(s) or explicitly delegated users with permission. Admin and Manager accounts are not permitted to view student academic data. Access restrictions must be enforced by the application, not just hidden in the interface.

Can one Parent manage multiple students?
Yes. A Parent can associate multiple students and manage each student's permitted learning information separately. Create a Parent account.
Can parents view previous academic years?
Yes. Parents can review historical study records, reports, exams, marks and performance information for their associated students.
Can a student use the app without a Parent account?
Yes. An Independent Student can register without Parent details and can securely link a Parent account later. Create a Student account.
Can Admin or Manager view student academic records?
No. Admin and Manager accounts must not have access to private student academic data.
